    The NYT reporter shipped subway sandwiches across the country to the one lab that finally agreed to test them? And the first one disappeared? It doesn’t sound like a well thought out test.

    I think I would find a subway store near the lab and use door dash to deliver a few.

    This was a fun one, but then, I always like your discussions.

    Indeed. Send the lab researcher $20 and an ice pack. I’m pretty sure there’s a Subway within about a ten minute drive of most populated areas!
