Really liked the “UFO Whistleblower” segment. My issue (not with you folks) is that this keeps being touted in the news as a “whistleblower” scenario, but I think that’s a gross mis-labeling. We should be reserving that term for situations where someone is actually calling out an organization for illegal or improper behavior. Simply passing along hearsay statements that are not terribly credible to start with is not “whistleblowing”…it’s more like rumor-spreading. The fact that the key players are military/aerospace folks with high levels of clearance doesn’t give them much cred in my book. In fact, I find that pilots are among the worst reporters of such things. (Although I’m always impressed with actual flying proficiency.)
